Roadway Work Beginning October 19, 2025

Chase Lane and Gate 5 Roadway Work

Roadway work on Chase Lane is expected to begin on Sunday, October 19, 2025 and continue through Friday, November 7, 2025. Please note that Gate 5 will be closed from Saturday, November 1 through Monday, November 3 to accomodate this work. During this time, all residents and guests accessing the north side of The Village must enter through Gate 1 or Gate 3.

Indigo Way Roadway Work

Roadway work on Indigo Way is expected to begin on October 22, 2025 and continue through October 31, 2025.

Curb and Gutter Work

Curb and gutter work is expected to begin on October 27, 2025 and continue through October 31, 2025. The following roadways will be affected:

Ridge Plaza Drive
Tournament Drive
Tournament Court

Roadway Work Information

The District generally uses a mill and overlay process to rehabilitate existing roadways. Please note that milled roads may appear unfinished until the top layer of asphalt is completed later in the week.

There will be no interruption to your trash pick-up or your mail delivery. Emergency vehicles will be allowed access at all times.
