3 Easy Steps to Backflow Compliance

To support our residents and help encourage timely testing, the District’s Board of Directors recently approved a new backflow compliance credit program. Under this program, residents will automatically receive a one-time $100 credit on their water bill for each device that passes inspection, for up to two devices ($200 total), once test results are received and verified by the District. This program will run for the next year (through July 31, 2026), meaning all residents will be eligible for the credit the next time they complete the required testing.
Step 1: Contact a Certified Backflow Technician
Use a certified backflow prevention device testing company. A list of certified companies is included below, but you may choose any other company as long as their technician is properly certified. We recommend reaching out to more than one company to compare availability and pricing.
Andrew's Backflow Testing, LLC | (720) 220-4380 |
BJ Enterprises Backflow Testing and Repair | (303) 726-8479 |
Doug's Backflow & Landscaping Services | (303) 660-4828 |
Extreme Fire Protection Company | (303) 351-5199 |
Platinum Fire Protection, Inc. | (303) 688-0177 |
Summit Fire Protection (FKA Meridian Fire) | (303) 790-2520 |
Step 2: Schedule Your Inspection
Set up an appointment with your chosen company.
Step 3: Look for a Credit on Your Utility Bill
Once the inspection is complete, your certified tester will submit the results to BSI Online. Our staff will verify the results and automatically apply a $100 credit per device (up to two devices, or $200 total) on your next utility bill.
